Marketing & Sales Procedure

We market in three ways:

  1. A team of marketing surveyors, uniformed, operating at various retail outlets in Nairobi to gather potential leads
  2. Leads generated through the company’s website and various social media platforms including Facebook.
  3. Referrals from existing clients.

All these leads are passed on to our in-house team of telemarketers

All leads are contacted by phone and invited to a presentation on Fractional Leisure property ownership. All presentations are held at our office in Westlands. Presentations are held Tuesday through Sunday every week.

Offer of free accommodation

Everyone who attends a presentation, if married with their spouse and who stays for the full presentation, receives an accommodation voucher for 2 nights for 2 people at one of the Group Resorts.

All those who receive a voucher are encouraged to use the opportunity to visit the resort to see firsthand the facilities on offer and the quality of the accommodation offered through fractional ownership.

On average, in excess of 70 families – using the voucher- visit our resorts each month.
